ANTALYA BELEK HOSTED THE LUXURY TRAVEL MART FOR THE FIRST TIME

Luxury Travel Mart (LTM), one of the leading international events in the luxury travel sector, was held in Belek for the first time in 2025. Organized under the leadership of the Belek Tourism Investors Association (BETUYAB) and coordinated by the Turkish Tourism Promotion and Development Agency (TGA), the event brought together elite travel consultants, tour operators, and hotel brands from various countries around the world in Belek, one of the Mediterranean’s leading luxury destinations.

Luxury Travel Mart (LTM) is one of the most important events in the luxury travel industry in the CIS and the Baltic states. Organized by LTM, the event focuses specifically on high-end travel consultants, luxury tour operators, and guest segments with high spending potential. With a strong network of over 16,000 industry professionals, LTM stands out as one of the most influential business gatherings in the luxury tourism sector. Previously held in leading cities across the region, such as Moscow, Almaty, and Baku, the event took place in Belek for the first time this year.

By hosting luxury travel consultants, travel designers, tour operators, and industry professionals from around the world, the event further strengthened Belek’s position in the international luxury tourism market. The intense interest shown in the destination by professionals who directly influence travel decisions for the high-income segment was one of the event’s most notable outcomes.

LTM’s choice of Belek is seen as a significant indicator of the destination’s rising profile in the international luxury tourism market. While attendance was exceptionally high throughout the event, industry professionals and LTM management who participated expressed great satisfaction with the quality of the facilities, service standards, and overall organizational experience offered by Belek. The region’s direct flight options and convenient transportation infrastructure provided a significant advantage for international participants, while the warm and mild climate during the event offered guests an exceptionally pleasant atmosphere.

The event also highlighted just how strongly the tourism sector embraces Belek as a destination. All hotels and tourism facilities operating in Belek were represented at the event. In addition, the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, the Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Sultanahmet, the Four Seasons Hotel London Istanbul at the Bosphorus, the Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh, Raffles Istanbul, Shangri-La Paris, the Kempinski Hotel Muscat, Le Méridien Beach Plaza Monaco, Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, the Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul, Kocataş Mansions Istanbul, Groupe Barrière, The Red Sea EDITION, Nujuma – A Ritz-Carlton Reserve, The St. Regis Red Sea, and The Ritz-Carlton AMAALA—highlighted the event’s international stature once again.

LTM management and participants expressed their desire for the event to continue in Belek in the coming years and become a tradition. In particular, the interest shown in the Belek experience by luxury travel consultants and professionals who directly influence purchasing decisions was viewed as a significant achievement for the destination.

Belek stands out as one of the Mediterranean’s leading luxury resort destinations, home to some of the world’s most exclusive resort hotels, with its robust infrastructure, high service standards, and secure environment. With its natural landscape surrounded by forests, views of the Taurus Mountains, a mild climate that lasts for most of the year, world-class golf courses, and rich cultural heritage, the region attracts international attention not only as a vacation destination but also as a hub for lifestyle, sports, gastronomy, and experiential travel.
